Q:- I am unsure about the treatments you offer, can I talk to you about my concerns?
A:- :- Yes you can, please email us and we will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Also you can call us on 01480 869404 and request a free call back from any of our therapists.
Q:- Do you sell gift vouchers?
A:- Yes we do! You can purchase gift vouchers in £5, £10, or £20 denominations, and they are valid against any treatment we offer at the centre. If you are unable to come into the centre, please call us on 01480 869404 to pay over the phone, and we can post them to you directly (P&P £1 where vouchers are posted).
Q:- Can you provide treatments for my wedding?
A:- Absolutely! We offer a wide range of treatments for the bride to be, her wedding party, and even the groom. Please contact us to discuss further, and to be sent our full wedding brochure and options. We can also provide this experience for you in the comfort of your own home, travel costs and deposits will apply.
Q:- I have seen that you offer pregnancy massage, is there any other treatments can offer to pregnant women?
A:- Yes, absolutely! We can provide beauty and massage treatments which are safe to use in pregnancy, and will be provided by fully qualified and experienced therapists. We can also offer a tailored pamper day for you and your beautiful bump, please ask for further details and please visit our pamper packages menu. You are always in good Hands at the Holistic Hands Wellbeing centre.
Q:- I am unable to get to you, do you offer a mobile treatment service?
A:- Yes we do. Being a Wellbeing centre, many of our therapists are happy to travel to you within the local area. Please call the centre to get a quotation (Not available for hot stone massage treatments, sorry)

Q:- When I come for my treatment is it inclusive of a consultation?
A:- Of course, all the clients who come to Holistic Hands are given a full consultation on their first visit. This also gives our clients the opportunity to discuss with the therapist any medical concerns they may have, and to ask any additional questions. Some treatments will incur an additional £5 charge which covers a full consultation with a therapist prior to any treatment given, please see our individual treatments for further details.
Q:- Do I need to bring anything with me when I come for my treatment?
A:- Make sure you wear comfortable and warm clothes. After a treatment you will benefit from being warm and cosy. If you are coming for an Indian head massage, please wear a strappy vest top under any articles of clothing. Holistic Hands supplies any other equipment which may needed for your treatment.
Q:- :- I have a medical condition, am I still able to come to Holistic Hands for treatments?
A:- This will depend on your medical condition. Some treatments have contraindications linked to them, which means under some medical circumstances the therapist is unable to treat, unless medical consent is given from your doctor. Please let us know of any medical conditions at the time of booking, and we can advise you further.
Q:- What forms of payment do you accept?
A:- For any beauty and massage treatments we take cash, and credit/debt cards. However all the self employed specialist therapists take direct payment themselves, and may not have the facility to accept cards payments. Please ask at the time of booking for further details.
Q:- I am unable to make my appointment, do you have a cancellations policy?
A:- Yes we do, and we kindly ask you read and adhere to our cancellations policy which can be found on our terms and conditions page. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend bookings, otherwise a 100% charge will apply. For clients who fail to turn up to their appointments, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Please see our terms & Conditions.
